Position Overview:

We are looking for a performance analyst to reinforce the Measurement and Performance team within the Marketing & Communication department.

The mission of the team is to measure, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns against objectives and benchmarks, provide actionable data-driven insights and attribute ROI to optimize future marketing and communication strategy and/or initiatives.

We develop critical building blocks, ensure E2E and consolidated as well as individual campaign reporting for stakeholders and management and embed a data-driven decision-making culture within the Marketing & Communications organization.

What you'll do:

Drives data-driven decision making by analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies

Develops and maintains dashboards, reports and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour and market trends

Identifies areas of improvement and recommends data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, conversion rates and revenue growth

Foster a culture of data driven decision making

Documenting and training users on how to effectively use the different tools.

What you bring:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in performance analysis in the digital and financial sector. You have a good understanding of a wide range of marketing, campaign performance and communications disciplines.

Marketing Analytical skills and competences:

Data analysis: collect, consolidate, analyze and interpret large datasets to identify actionable recommendations.

You have a good understanding of data monitoring mechanisms, tag management systems and data integration.
