Haut.AI is an innovative SaaS product that automates the collection of high-quality skin data. We help skincare brands provide skin testing and build interactive product recommendations on e-commerce platforms.

Job Description

HautAI, a skincare personalisation SaaS AI platform, is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Python Developer, to join our product team, to define and deliver our product vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product codebase, including refactoring, debugging, and creating necessary documentation.
• Identify and eliminate technical obstacles while defining and evolving the product’s technology strategy.
• Collaborate with product owners and project managers to align on and deliver the product vision.
• Participate in hiring processes by interviewing candidates.
• Select the appropriate technology stack, components, solutions, and architecture to meet product and project requirements.
• Plan and organize team work to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Develop and document architecture decisions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business tasks into detailed technical requirements for implementation.
• Ensure team adherence to quality standards and deadlines through effective leadership.
• Identify and assess technological risks, keeping stakeholders informed proactively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with experience in backend development, including frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django) and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure, and GCP for cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
• Strong understanding of coding standards, including defining and enforcing code styles and patterns within the team.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development practices (testing, version control, delivery).
• Proficient with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
