The role

• Build & Scale: Oversee and build platform architecture, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).
• Lead & Innovate: Define the tech roadmap, integrating AI, real-time monitoring, and data-driven solutions.
• Team & Culture: In the future: Recruit and mentor a high-impact engineering team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work with product teams, clinicians, and researchers to create user-centric solutions.

Your profile

• Full-stack expertise (Node.js, Python, React Native, Flutter, AWS/GCP).
• Experience in AI/ML, data-driven architectures, and secure healthtech platforms.
• A hands-on problem solver who thrives in early-stage startups.
• Passionate about leveraging technology for real-world mental health impact.
