Planner 5D is looking for a data-driven Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute growth strategies, optimise conversion funnels, and leverage data insights to enhance product performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of growth marketing, and experience in experimentation and A/B testing.

You will:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to support marketing campaigns and increase conversion to paid subscriptions
  • Optimize marketing funnels, including onboarding, registration, conversion, and retention processes
  • Utilize analytics to test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user behavior
  • Collaborate with the creative team and analysts to create effective advertising materials
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Planner 5D


Requirements:

  • Experience in conversion optimization and sales funnel management
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Amplitude, GA4, and Firebase
  • Over 3 years of experience in mobile marketing and growth strategies
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, ASA, and others
  • Experience with global products, particularly in large-scale markets
  • English proficiency at a B2+ level for global market engagement


Please note that you should be prepare working as a Contractor under B2B service agreement.
