Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets;
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies;
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management;
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members;
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders;
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements;
  • Manage and monitor project budgets and resources;
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in project management;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing similar projects in the heal;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and managing artificial;
  • Proficient in project management software and tools;
  • Fluency in Portuguese both written and verbal;
  • PMP or other project management certification mandatory;
  • Ability to ocasional work travel either to Lisbon and Porto;
