Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required

• 6+ yrs of experience in testing projects
• Telecom
• Automation methodologies, quality processes.
• Agile and DevOps Practices
• Knowledge on CLARIFY, AEM, NetCracker, CRAMER, PEGA, Salesforce (any of these)
• Knowledge on Test Automation Frameworks (Opensource preferred) and defining Automation Strategies
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.
• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters
• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to understand the issues and provide improvements/solutions with clear approach and value-adds
• People Management skills

• Octane Admin
• Mobility testing
