Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for AI and generative AI applications, specifically using LLMs, to solve high-impact healthcare challenges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture while driving alignment with the company's overall strategy and mission.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered products from ideation through to market launch.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to understand the needs of healthcare providers and patients, ensuring the development of products that deliver tangible value.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to scaling and iteration, ensuring product excellence and timely delivery.
• Leverage deep expertise in generative AI, particularly LLMs, to develop products that utilize natural language processing, knowledge extraction, and AI-driven insights to enhance healthcare applications.
• Champion the integration of deep tech solutions, with a focus on scalable, robust, and cutting-edge technologies that can drive the next generation of healthcare AI products.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML, preferably in healthcare, biotech, or deep tech industries.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-driven technologies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful, complex products in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or related disciplines. Advanced degrees (e.g., PhD) are a plus.
• Understanding of AI models, neural networks, machine learning frameworks, and their applications to real-world problems.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and the challenges of AI product development in the healthcare space is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and present complex ideas clearly.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in deep tech, healthcare AI platforms, and integration with emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment, particularly in health tech or AI-driven products.
