WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience leading multiple teams in customer service areas.
• Strong background in the ecommerce or retail sector.
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to optimize customer experience through innovative solutions.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hybrid setting: Barcelona.
