About the Role: Graphic Designer with UI/UX Experience
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer that has exceptional creative and design skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
The primary function will include but not limited to creating digital marketing and social collateral, infographics, website, and email mockups. Please note that this is NOT a development position and no coding experience is required. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro and Photoshop is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with internal members to develop customized proposals for new and existing brands that target their marketing goals and audience.
• Work with company leadership during client contract negotiations.
• Take lead role in executing client campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage brand relations as a main point of contact.
• Analyze and report client performance to company leadership.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to travel to US/Europe and meet with clients and industry professionals
• Must have a positive energy and team player mentality.
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must have excellent presentation skills with a naturally outgoing pleasant personality
• Disciplined Time Management & Organizational Skills
• Ability to multitask and excel under pressure.
• Exceptional (English) verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service or B2B experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of popular retail brands and online shopping.
• Ability to work well with others in a creative environment.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Strong Excel knowledge with comfort in formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large & small audiences
• Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
