Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Design Team Lead or similar role.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design leadership and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented UX/UI designers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the design process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Lead user research initiatives coordinating with product owners, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
