AI Engineer

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, fast-learner AI Engineers ( Sr , Mid, Jr ) to join our technology team.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science. Ideally PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D
• Experience with LLM or other large models including finetuning, implementing model code, data augmentation, optimizing, training and inference
• Strong experience one or more on NLP, multimodal learning, Generative Models, Reinforcement Learning, Text and Image based models, Autoencoders
• Proficient in Python (or C++), PyTorch or TensorFlow, JAX and CUDA toolkit
• Experience in data engineering, MLOps, or big data solutions deployment
• Fresh knowledge on finetuning opensource LLM models is plus

Responsibilities:

• Development and Deployment AI projects from scratch including, LLM based chat bots, AML and fraud detection, Recommender Systems, Credit & Risk Forecast, Image based solutions etc.
• Deep knowledge in frontier and state-of-art ai models
• Research and Development of multimodal AI models
• Develop AI models to be used in our mobile apps.
• Actively participate in research and development activities in the field of artificial intelligence
• Examine and test recently released open-source artificial intelligence models and methods
• Keep up with the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence and educate the team on trending topics.
• Providing technical insights and recommendations for improving AI models and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth, enhance products, and optimize operations.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new AI models, products, and data pipelines.
• Develop and implement AI products to enhance product performance and user experience.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various AI-driven strategies and initiatives.
