As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to grow our user base and expand our brand presence in Turkey and beyond.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, mainly on social media to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. You will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure CoinTR stays ahead in the competitive crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build social media strategies and manage social media channels (X, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram) of CoinTR by closely working with the design team to lead briefing process.
• Develop and execute a community-driven user acquisition campaigns.
• Help operations on multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer collaborations, events, PR, and content marketing.
• Oversee CoinTR’s community-building efforts, engaging with crypto communities, traders, and investors.
• Partner with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and media outlets to enhance brand credibility.
• Work closely with product, business development, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
• Measure and report on marketing performance, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Creative approach for marketing hooks to capture the potantial audience interest, leading user growth.

Requirements

✔️ 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.

✔️ Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading trends is required.

✔️ Proven experience in growth strategies, brand building, and user acquisition.

✔️ Strong expertise in social media management and content marketing.

✔️ Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement.

✔️ Excellent communication and project management skills.

✔️ Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
