Senior Project Manager

Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver best solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The role is to support Product Delivery & Portfolio Manager in Digital Workplace product.

Responsibilities

• Leading, to drive manage service which covers Development, testing, process engine and Automation area
• Digital Workspace Product Resource management (replacement, etc.) T&M and MS
• Support Product Delivery & Portfolio Manager in Digital Workplace produc
• OCM resources working hand by hand to plan and deliver next steps for New Ways Of Working
• General cooperation (demand, needs, replacements, improvements)
• Daily contact with all Product Owners and plan changes and cover needs, and Service Coordinator
• Check for document updates per each from 60 products
• Playbook review (changes delivery process) and Domain adopting

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in Service Delivery Management
• Experience in external teams management
• Experience with large MS and T&M
• Ability to understand large portfolios, being able to connect the dots and find synergies between people or components
• Positive attitude and proactiveness
• MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience
• Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practitioner certification)
• Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
• Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization
• Influencing and persuasion skills
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
• Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs
• Minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects).
• Experience and good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and agile
• Good understanding of Program and Portfolio management
• English C1/ C2 level
