Technical Leadership & Development:

You'll be instrumental in:

  • Architecting and developing scalable, high-performance applications
  • Leading technical discussions and mentoring junior developers
  • Implementing robust software solutions using modern technologies
  • Driving quality assurance and best practices
  • Integrating ML/AI solutions into production systems

Required Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in languages like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
  • DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Database management (SQL and NoSQL)

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven track record in complex project delivery
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
