Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, this role marks the start of our expansion into the wider Nordic region. You’ll be working from Nord DDB’s Oslo office, home to a vibrant team of 20+ talented professionals. Here you’ll collaborate daily with our team of creatives and strategists in Sweden, and also with the Nord DDB team on site, ensuring you’ll be part of a dynamic environment to shape the future of digital marketing in the Nordics.

The role

As our Growth Digital Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating visually compelling, data-driven designs that elevate campaigns and directly impact business growth. Combining your skills in UX/UI design, motion graphics, and strategic thinking, you’ll create campaigns and content that resonate with audiences and exceed client expectations.

What you'll do

• Design and implement creative solutions and digital assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Bring designs to life with engaging motion elements for dynamic content.
• Develop automation-optimized content, leveraging tools like Figma, Celtra, and After Effects.
• Collaborate with strategists and developers to align designs with growth objectives and data-driven insights.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver standout solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a digital designer, with a portfolio showcasing design and motion work.
• Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in tools like Celtra, Bannerflow, and Adnami being a strong plus.
• A creative and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver on data-led insights.
• Strong UX/UI design skills, paired with an ability to think strategically about how design impacts growth marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
