Scope

The Manager – Project Architectural is responsible for leading and overseeing architectural design and development for assigned projects. This role ensures that architectural plans align with project goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
• Develop, review, and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to align architectural objectives with overall project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address design-related challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
• Assess and incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions into projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, project management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural modelling tools.
• In-depth understanding of architectural principles, sustainable design practices, and local building regulations.
