Product Overview

ConnectMe is our unified end-user Web and Mobile Application through which we deliver access to our unique product portfolio. It includes classical telephony, call center agent, call supervision, CRM integration, Business Analytics, OmniChannel IA agent and much more.

Position Overview

You’ll be part of a cross-functional Scrum team. You will be a reference developer for our SDK which abstracts the complexity of the backend and enables the ConnectMe Web and the ConnectMe Mobile team to focus on the excellence of the user experience. You will support these teams and work closely with the Product Owner and the Solution Architect.

As a developer in this team, you’ll gain a solid understanding of each other's work, enabling you to quickly collaborate, resolve issues autonomously, and overcome any challenges that arise. We are seeking an experienced Full stack developer

What we're looking for in you...

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript: proven experience to develop Typescript library which could be used either in the frontend of a Web App or in a Backend App.
• Frontend knowledge: Solid understanding of frontend development in particular React and ReactNative applications
• Backend knowledge: Experience with REST API development and Node.js implementation. Troubleshooting backend applications is not an issue for you.
• DX approach: You design and document considering that developers in a different team will use the library in full autonomy
• Quality and robustness: Experience with Unit testing and integration testing which ensure that each release can be used safely
• Agile Development Experience: Working in Scrum with strong collaboration with developers, Product Owner and Solution Architect is business as usual for you.
• Language: Fluent in English. Dutch or French is a plus.
