Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Business Consultant to join a major bank in Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, have experience in documentation of business requirements, investigation, and develop business strategy and be able to oversee the complete project lifecycle. This role also requires the ability to develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to Senior Management level and business stakeholders. Exposure to Information Security Consulting is essential.

Day-to-Day Activities:

* Communicate with team members and cross functional teams to gather requirements, develop business strategy, and provide updates.

* Document project plans, workflows, updates, and make suggestions according by providing detailed reports and recommendations.

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.

* Create and update service dashboards to reflect current security metrics.

* Prepare presentations to Senior Management, Business and Technology Stakeholders, summarizing project progress and security findings.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience working as a Business Analyst, Information Security Analyst, or Project Manager and possess' strong skills within documentation, investigation, and strategy

* 2+ years of experience working within Information Security line of business

* Experience working on IAM projects, specifically with experience within PKI and/or key certificate management, and/or Venafi tool

* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

* Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations.

* Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

* Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including reports, manuals, and guidelines.

* Strategy Development: Develop and implement security strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Security courses or educational background within security

* Experience working at a Category 1 bank

* Knowledge of Venafi TLS Protect or other Certificate Management platforms

* Experience with Internal & Public CA Issuance

* CC certification
