Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

We are looking for a leader who can:

• Define and execute the technology integration strategy for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate technology systems, platforms, and workflows across merged entities, while being hands-on in resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Perform lead architect-level work, designing and overseeing the integration of complex systems, including trading platforms, payment systems, and banking infrastructure.
• Develop and manage detailed integration plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while meeting tight client deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology integration, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in highly regulated industries like Banking and Fintech.
• Collaborate with senior executives to present integration roadmaps, progress updates, and post-merger performance metrics.
• Drive synergy realization by optimizing processes, systems, and organizational structures, particularly in trading platforms, payment systems, or banking infrastructure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud platforms) to streamline integration processes and improve decision-making.
• Ensure effective change management and communication strategies to support employee engagement and cultural integration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology roles, with a focus on merger integration, corporate development, or consulting in Fintech, Banking, or Trading.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced experience in system integration, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and data integration tools (e.g., Kafka, Snowflake).
•  Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management.
•  Hands-on experience with trading platforms, payment systems, or banking infrastructure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP) are highly valued.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in managing technology integrations within Fintech, Banking, or Trading industries.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in high-growth or startup environments with adaptability to scaling demands.
• Client-Facing Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight client deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
