We are creating Discord for Businesses (https://returning.ai).

Returning.AI is a community-building platform for businesses. We're currently based in Singapore and are looking for a Technical Project Manager. It'll be fun - we're like a white-labelled version of Discord for businesses who want to have that cool discord feel while maintaining their brand guidelines.

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager role - your main focus would be on researching how to implement features, often having to dive deep into API documentations and to coordinate often with developers, designers and the product owner.

• Computer Science Degree (Bonus)

• Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (developers, designers, product)
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations

Job Duties:

Technical:

• Review and analyze API documentation
• Assess API rate limits and performance constraints
• Plan technical integration approaches
• Review code implementation approaches
• Monitor technical delivery quality
• Authentication & Security

Project Management:

• Track project timelines and milestones
• Manage resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Run technical planning sessions
• Coordinate sprint planning/execution

Communication:

• Brief stakeholders on technical progress
• Document technical requirements
• Facilitate developer-designer collaboration
• Report project status to product owners
• Lead technical discussions

How big is the team?

In our Singapore HQ, we have a team of 12+ which includes developers, designers, QA and analysts.

Globally, the team is about 30+ strong
