The Role 💼

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join the development team in Brussels. In this role, you will utilize your development background and scripting skills to provide third-line support while leading a talented team of support engineers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our development lifecycle, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Provide third-line support for complex issues, leveraging your development expertise to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve product-related issues.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools to enhance development workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Ensure the stability and performance of our software solutions through proactive monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and support operations.

Your profile 👀

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader (leading a support engineers team).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development, with background in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Strong background in Infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience in a development environment.
• Experience providing third-line support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
