This role is available as a remote position anywhere in the US or on-site with a relocation package. MrBeast offers competitive compensation based on experience and location. This position reports to the Head of Recruiting. Come join us and help shape the future of digital entertainment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a requisition load with ease, primarily supporting creative and production hires with some special searches included when needed
• Master our efficient team interview process that gathers key information upfront to streamline hiring while maintaining thorough evaluation standards
• Develop an understanding of YouTube-specific talent strategies to create and align recruiting approaches, build talent pipelines, and deliver successful hiring outcomes
• Create compelling job descriptions that attract exceptional talent
• Maintain broad market knowledge of both YouTube and traditional production spaces to track trends and optimize hiring and retention of top talent
• Source and build candidate pipelines using all available systems and tools.
• Use data analytics to attract and drive qualified candidates through the applicant tracking system.
• Demonstrate ability to cultivate passive candidates and build talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs
• Lead early talent recruitment initiatives, including organizing and attending career events and building relationships with university partners
• Collaborate with your manager to enhance your skills and knowledge in systems, assessment, analytics, talent attraction, and strategic planning
• Partner with the hiring team to build effective sourcing, engagement, and assessment strategies for critical talent pools

What makes you a fit:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience either agency or in-house.
• Self-motivated go-getter with autonomous work style and creative talent-sourcing abilities
• Consumer of YouTube and an understanding of the creator economy
• Process driven and shown ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
• Experience balancing multiple searches and multiple angles simultaneously
• Ability to pick up new ATS systems, tools and technology (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc)
• Ability and willingness to learn advanced sourcing techniques including X-Ray searching, custom search filters, and search engine sourcing
• Ability to translate job requirements into effective search keywords, Boolean strings, and sourcing strategies
