Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content with the corporate brand and working closely with the marketing, projects, and sales teams to design content that effectively communicates our projects' value, lifestyle appeal, and unique features. The role requires a strong understanding of branding and marketing within the real estate sector, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate with and engage the target audience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements for residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create branding materials for new real estate developments, ensuring cohesive and compelling brand representation.
• Design visual aids to enhance property presentations and sales materials.
• Support the creation of interactive and multimedia presentations to showcase property features and enhance the customer experience.
• Edit and retouch images for property photoshoots, enhancing visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all projects and marketing platforms, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends in real estate and implement fresh ideas to enhance visual communications.
• Work with external vendors when necessary for printing and other production needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
