Business Development Manager for iGaming project

A payment provider specializing in high-risk clients is looking for a Sales Manager to acquire and work with corporate clients. Your main tasks will include identifying and attracting clients, managing an existing customer base, understanding client needs, selling company products, maintaining effective communication, strengthening partnerships, generating ideas for increased efficiency, and upselling products and services. You’ll also be responsible for promptly responding to client requests and providing quality feedback in a business setting.


Position Type: Full-time, Remote

Compensation: Starting salary of $900 + bonuses (% of sales and KPI-based bonuses) 

Requirements

Hard Skills:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Solid knowledge and practical experience in B2B sales.
  • English Proficiency: Ability to conduct business negotiations and correspondence in English, with a minimum С1 level.
  • Fluency in Russian Language
  • Experience in iGaming sector
  • Knowledge of Payment Solutions Market: Understanding of key products and services in the payment solutions field.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, competitors, and market trends.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through various channels (LinkedIn, and more).
  • Participation in offline conferences and other iGaming events (all the costs are covered by the company)
  • Process leads from the marketing department and guide them to a successful close.
  • Manage an existing base of potential clients interested in partnering with the company.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers to clients, handle product and proposal-related inquiries.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and close deals.
  • Analyze client needs and competitive solutions.
  • Maintain records and databases in the CRM system.
  • Foster and develop long-term relationships with clients, upselling new products to active clients.
