Junior Project Coordinator (Contract, Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

Job Summary:

The Junior Project Coordinator will support project and product managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Help to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Schedule and organize project meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during project meetings.
• Ensure timely communication and dissemination of project information to all team members.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure projects are on track.
• Maintain project documentation and update project trackers and databases.
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.
• Conduct research and analytics based on project business needs and requirements.
• Work with AI tools for research and prompt engineering purposes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a similar role in the IT sector is required.
• Proficiency in project management and MS Office/ Google software and tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Jira).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English including structuring, drafting, and maintaining project-related documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate level); knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work schedule - Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM till 9:30 PM EET (Kyiv time).
