As a Product Designer (Engineer Level), you will independently deliver the design and execution of scalable, user-centered solutions, working on complex UI and UX challenges while contributing to cross-functional initiatives. While your core expertise lies in visual design and design systems, you will also bring experience in UX design, applying research insights, usability testing, and user-centered methodologies to create intuitive and effective digital experiences.

This role requires strong proficiency in UI design, prototyping, accessibility standards, and design system development, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and product managers, you will ensure designs align with both business goals and user needs, optimizing workflows and enhancing design operations.

Beyond execution, you will take a strategic role in refining design systems, improving team processes, and mentoring junior designers. Your ability to bridge the gap between UI and UX, balancing technical proficiency, critical thinking, and leadership, will be key to delivering impactful end-to-end design solutions

Responsibilities:

• Execute design tasks independently, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across digital products
• Apply user research insights, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine design solutions
• Contribute to UI kit and design system development, ensuring consistency and alignment with accessibility standards
• Build and refine design system components, ensuring visual and functional consistency
• Develop prototypes, user flows, and animations, validating interaction quality and usability
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to streamline design implementation and workflows
• Maintain design documentation, UI style guides, and version control, ensuring seamless handoff between design and development
• Ensure usability, A/B, and accessibility testing methodologies are applied to improve design outcomes
• Work within agile workflows, iterating on designs based on feedback and continuous optimization
• Support team collaboration, contribute to problem-solving efforts, and advocate for user-centered design principles
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UI design, or design systems development.
• A portfolio showcasing design work, design system contributions, and problem-solving approaches.
• Experience with research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and scalable UI design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and
• Nice to have Familiarity with documentation tools (Notion, Zeroheight, Storybook, or similar).
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts to ensure smooth design handoffs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• English Language Proficiency Required:
  Intermediate / Advanced (B2+)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in UX Design, Usability Testing, or Accessibility Standards (e.g., Google UX Design Certificate, Certified Usability Analyst).
• Agile or Design Thinking certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner).
