Are you passionate about securing and automating cloud environments at scale? We're looking for a proactive and technical Cloud Security Engineer to lead high-visibility security initiatives within an Iconic Australian Brand.

Full remote also, do you say? Yes, this position offers a true remote fist approach with 0 mandatory days in the office.

This is an opportunity to lead and mentor a small team (junior x 2) and work with some of the latest tech in cloud security.

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in securing cloud environments, leading initiatives that enhance security posture, and guiding a small team to success. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing security solutions across cloud platforms while collaborating with internal cybersecurity and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

🔹 Design, implement, and manage cloud security solutions in AWS, GCP, and Azure

🔹 Work with cutting-edge security tools, including Orca Security, Cnapp, and CrowdStrike

🔹 Develop and enhance security controls, monitoring, and incident response capabilities

🔹 Conduct security assessments, provide expert guidance, and continuously improve security posture

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong experience in cloud security across AWS, GCP, or Azure

✔ Hands-on expertise with tools like Orca Security, Cnapp, and CrowdStrike

✔ A background in SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and cloud security posture management

✔ Proven leadership skills – ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with a team
