Senior Project Manager

About the Company:

MAP Talent is partnering with a leading FMCG company in Melbourne, looking for multiple experienced Project Managers to join their team on a contract basis.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving critical business and technology transformation projects within the FMCG space. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver on-time, within budget, and with maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management across supply chain, operations, digital, or product development
• Managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring business alignment
• Agile & Waterfall methodologies (as per project requirements)
• Risk mitigation, reporting, and ensuring seamless project delivery

Qualifications:

Proven Project Management experience within the FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain industries

Required Skills:

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – ability to work across business and IT teams
• Strong grasp of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with ERP, Supply Chain, Digital, or Operations projects is a plus
