What you will do

• Evaluate and implement AI-driven developer tools to enhance software engineering workflows;
• Optimize code generation, debugging, and refactoring processes using AI assistance;
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve developer efficiency and code quality;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into their daily workflows;
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends in software development and identify new opportunities.
  
  

Must haves

• 4+ years of experience in Java or Python;
• Deep experience with AI-driven developer tools, such as Aider, Devin, Sourcegraph Cody, GitHub Copilot, Continue.dev, GitLab;
• Duo, Cursor, or similar technologies;
• Strong proficiency in software development and automation;
• Ability to integrate AI tools into existing development environments to improve efficiency;
• Experience with AI-assisted debugging, code review, and testing;
• Passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for engineering teams;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
