Job Title: Community Ambassador - [South America]

ZetaChain is looking for a Community Ambassador to start expanding the ZetaChain Community. The role is focused on community development, and supporting engagement across the ZetaChain network and growing app ecosystem! Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategies to manage, innovate, and scale ZetaChain South America and contributors including creative growth activations, giveaways, and content creation campaigns.
• Lead and manage live community discussion across key forums/channels.
• Create content on ZetaChain technology, ecosystem dApps, and current events. Work with our local media partners to promote important ZetaChain current events.
• Organize and represent ZetaChain in online and offline events with the community, ecosystem partners, peers, and KOLs. Build ZetaChain’s presence in relevant local web3 conversations.
• Identify and qualify strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and creative ideas to grow our user and developer community.

We desire to see this Community Ambassador to ****expand the ZetaChain Spanish Community chapter and grow into a crypto thought leader, championing ZetaChain’s core values and mission in AMAs, interviewing ecosystem partners, and speaking at conferences around the world.

As ZetaChain’s Core Contributor will be coaching you directly, you’ll have a chance to enhance your skills.

You are crypto-native and in tune with degen culture and crypto community building. You're that person in school nerding out on the latest hyped whitepaper and crypto research - the guy or girl who spends his free time dabbling around with new crypto protocols and hanging with NFT friends.

You’re scrappy and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You love to come up with innovative ideas, but also are action-focused, implementing them thoughtfully and with high attention to detail.

You're intellectually fascinated by DAOs and web3 community building — you love to be a student and constantly learn. You’re excited about ZetaChain’s mission to serve as a platform for universal access, simplicity, and utility across any blockchain and play a key role in scaling ZetaChain to the #1 chain by active users.

Ideal experience and skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• 1-2+ years of experience in web3
• 1+ years leading social and community growth in any industry (0-100k or 1M-10M member growth).
• Exceptional writing skills
• Experience working with startups and technical stakeholders
• Bonus points for a hustler mentality, founding a company or building side projects!
