In Córdoba, Argentina; we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our IT team.


This is you

  • Proficiency in configuring and administering switches and firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco).
  • Expertise in operating systems, including Linux and Windows, for troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN network architectures and their administration.
  • Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and Office 365 administration.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
  • Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer with a focus on SysAdmin.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams, explaining problems and solutions clearly.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain rigorous tracking of incidents and requirements.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliers.


Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with Fortinet and Cisco devices for configuration and administration of switches and firewalls.
  • Knowledge of information security practices, both at the user level and within data networks.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
  • Advanced skills in computer virtualization and managing virtualized environments.


This is your role

  • Provide technical support to end users, ensuring effective incident resolution and tracking.
  • Maintain the availability and correct operation of equipment under your management.
  • Coordinate and track incidents reported to external suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Monitor the status and performance of company equipment and maintain operational continuity.
  • Manage and track tickets through Jira, ensuring clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain control over the company’s asset inventory.
  • Provide support for on-premise and cloud-based servers.
  • Administer and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN networks and data infrastructure.
  • Manage Office 365 tools and services for user and resource administration.
