What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and execute growth initiatives in the DACH region, working closely with the Sr. Growth Manager to align with overall business objectives.
• Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing as well as offline activation.
• Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German
• Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship mentality.
• A passion for crypto and digital assets.
