JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your mission is to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across all our digital touchpoints. This role aims to permanently improve the customer experience and boost the performance of our digital business.

Function Description:

You will work with a team of digital experts, including Product Owners, testers, developers, analysts, UX designers, and more, and have various responsibilities:

Challenge Business Needs: Define clear objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics for tagging requirements.

Define Tagging Strategy: Provide technical specifications to be implemented by the FrontEnd developers.

Collaborate with Developers: Create user stories for the FrontEnd developers with detailed information.

Build Reports: Monitor the KPIs and supporting metrics.

Perform Analyses: Conduct continuous improvement analyses based on quantitative analytics.

Present Analysis Results: Bring insights through excellent data storytelling to various audiences.

Support Data-Driven Mindset: Educate stakeholders on using data and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Project Follow-Up: Coordinate with multiple squads, refinement sessions, and agile ceremonies.

Technical Experience:

Mandatory: Experience with Adobe Analytics.

Preferable: Experience with Content Square, Adobe Target, and Tableau Software.

Business Experience:

Mandatory:

Ability to translate objectives into KPIs and supporting metrics.

Ability to create a tagging strategy plan based on objectives.

Ability to tell an engaging story with data.

Preferable: Agile methodology experience.
