We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform large datasets into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- This role involves designing interactive dashboards, optimizing data models, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ensure reports are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Support decision-making by providing clear and data-driven insights.
- Develop and optimize data models to enhance reporting and visualization processes.
- Maintain data consistency and ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable datasets.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes to increase operational efficiency.
- Document processes, metric definitions, and best practices to standardize data analysis workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- data modeling and ETL processes.
- Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
- data warehousing concepts and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
