KB AUTO is looking for a Multilingual Sales Representative!


Are you ready for a new challenge in the heavy machinery industry? KB AUTO is seeking an experienced Sales Representative who speaks Estonian, English and Russian (another European language is an advantage), has a keen interest in heavy machinery, and is ready to work at our office in Rummu, Harjumaa, Estonia.


If you have prior experience in sales or customer service and are eager to grow with our company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


Primary Objective of the Position:


The main goal of the Sales Representative is to ensure customer satisfaction and support the achievement of the company’s objectives by effectively managing the sales and service operations of heavy machinery. The Sales Representative will identify new sales opportunities, build and expand the customer base, develop long-term customer relationships, execute the sales process, and analyze results.


What do we expect from you?

  • Proficiency in Estonian, Russian and English
  • Strong interest in heavy machinery and prior experience in sales or customer service
  • Willingness to work in Rummu, Harjumaa, Estonia, and travel if necessary
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make quick tactical decisions
  • Category B driver's license (C, D, and E categories are a plus)



Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Base Creation and Management: Finding new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base through active market research and customer relationship development.
  • Sales Process Management: Implementing sales strategies, conducting sales transactions, and increasing market share.
  • Sales Results Analysis: Analyzing sales results and ensuring reporting in line with company objectives.
  • Post-Sales Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality after-sales service and customer support.


Working Conditions:

The work is primarily office-based but may include business trips and fieldwork. We expect the employee to be willing to work outside of regular hours if necessary to respond quickly to market changes and customer needs.
