HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST

Tom Ford Fashion is looking for an HR Generalist to support the Design department and the Paris store. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing personnel, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the personnel of both the design team and the Paris store, providing daily support and addressing their requests.
• Monitor and apply French labor law, ensuring compliance with current regulations and supporting the business in legal and compliance matters.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to contract and administrative management.
• Handle procedures related to work permits for international employees.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and skill development.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement HR policies and manage any issues related to the company’s workforce.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective internal communication and optimal resource management.

Requirements:

• 3 -5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, gained in the fashion industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills. Italian is a plus
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and local HR regulations.
• Ability to manage personnel requests and handle workforce-related issues.
• Precision in handling administrative procedures, particularly those related to work permits.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
