Job responsibilities
- According to the strategic goals of the company's automotive software business, develop and implement human resource strategy planning to ensure that Human Resource Planning is closely integrated with business development.
- Participate in the overall strategic planning of the company and provide professional advice and decision support from the perspective of human resources.
- Optimize the organizational structure, clarify the responsibilities and job settings of each department, and improve the organizational efficiency and collaborative ability to meet the needs of the rapid development of automotive software business.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract and select high-quality automotive software professionals, including software engineers, algorithm experts, test engineers, product managers, etc., to meet the talent needs of business expansion.
- Establish and improve the talent reserve mechanism, pay attention to the talent dynamics in the industry, and pre-position the talent reserve for key positions.
- Promote team building activities, create a positive team atmosphere, enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion, and build an efficient and innovative automotive software R&D team.
- Design and implement employee training and development plans, provide professional skills training, professional quality training, etc. for the technical updates and business needs of the automotive software industry, and improve the comprehensive quality and business ability of employees.
- Build a scientific and reasonable Performance Management system, combine the characteristics and business goals of automotive software projects, formulate performance appraisal indicators and evaluation standards, and ensure the fairness, impartiality and objectivity of performance appraisal.
- Develop a competitive salary and benefits system, determine the employee salary structure and level reasonably according to the market level of the automotive software industry and the Company Finance situation, and attract and retain outstanding talents.
- Promote the construction of corporate culture, publicize the company's values and automotive software business vision, and enhance employees' sense of identity and belonging to the company.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Planning, Business Management, Psychology, etc. is preferred.
- Those with an MBA degree or a background in automotive software are preferred.
- More than 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of experience in senior management positions in the automotive software, internet, and high-tech industries (such as HR manager, HRD, etc.).
- Have rich experience in recruitment, Performance Mangement, compensation and benefits management, employee relations management, etc., familiar with the talent characteristics and recruitment channels of the automotive software industry.
- Practical experience in successfully promoting organizational change, talent development projects, and human resources informatization construction is preferred.
- Familiar with national labor laws and regulations and relevant policies, able to handle human resources-related affairs in compliance with the law.
- Proficient in various modules of Human Resource Planning, with a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, able to apply advanced management concepts and tools to solve practical problems.
- Have good project management skills and be able to organize and coordinate the XFN team to complete human resources projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
