Our client, a market leader in the finance sector is looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing. They are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead their digital initiatives, drive brand awareness, and maximise customer engagement across all digital platforms. This is a pivotal role in shaping their digital strategy, optimising performance marketing, and ensuring a seamless online experience for their audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Lead the development of data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and optimise the digital advertising budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all platforms.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee website performance, UX/UI optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content creators, designers, product managers, and sales teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in eCommerce or B2C digital marketing strategies is a plus.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
