Product Owner

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to serve as the vital link between our business strategy and technical execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders across various business units and development teams to translate ideas into a clear and actionable technology roadmap. As a key member of our product team, you will guide and unify efforts to shape the product’s future, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs, prioritize initiatives effectively, and drive product development will be essential in turning our vision into reality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Work with different stakeholders to define product backlog and priorities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Lead multifunctional development teams
Work closely with business teams to prepare feature requests for development
Work closely with the development team to make sure priorities, tasks, and other daily work is clear for them and results are delivered
Understand internal and external product requirements

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

3+ years of product management experience; experience in finance would be a huge advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing product backlog
Sense of ownership and responsibility
Experience in managing different stakeholders with competing interests.
Ability to prioritize product needs
Excellent time management skills
Capability to build the network and maintain relationships with Stakeholders
