Data Scientist - R&D

This unique role encompasses data science, operational process and workflow improvement, and collaborative problem-solving through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Python and SQL, along with a passion for creative thinking and partnering with business teams. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at using AI and applying large language models (LLMs) to support data operations and solve complex business problems.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive business decisions and strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and improve data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Create and implement algorithms and models to extract insights and predict trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using various data visualization tools.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.
• Participate in the design and development of data architecture to support business goals.
• Implement and manage data pipelines for seamless data integration and processing.
• Apply AI techniques and large language models (LLMs) to analyze data and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data science, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in applying AI techniques and working with large language models.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Monthly salary (Before Taxes): 4000 - 5000 EUR (final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience), other bonuses apply.
