What You'll Do:

• Lead cross-functional software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and align deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular catch-ups.
• Ensure clear communication, set expectations, and manage priorities effectively.
• Monitor project progress, adjust workflows, and resolve issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the IT/software development industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills—you’re the bridge between tech teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Technical background or experience in software development.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Slack, and Notion.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
