• Technical Expertise:
• Manage and optimize SAP BW/4 HANA environments, ensuring efficient data warehousing and reporting.
• Oversee the integration and utilization of Azure Synapse for advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Ensure the effective use of BusinessObjects (BO) for reporting and dashboarding.
• Project Management:
• Lead BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Data Governance & Quality:
• Implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Monitor data quality and implement measures to address data issues proactively.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BI processes and tools.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for BI-related queries and issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on BI initiatives.
  
  

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in BI and data architecture roles (minimum 7 years)
• Proven experience with SAP BW/4 HANA, Azure Synapse, and BusinessObjects.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful BI project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data governance and quality management.
