Drive innovation as a Product Manager for a Leading High-Performance Trading Platform

This Amsterdam-based FinTech is looking for a Product Manager for their web and mobile trading applications.

This company is recognised as a global market leader and one of the largest trading exchanges worldwide.

In this role, you will oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.

With a strong focus on UI/UX, this position is perfect for someone passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the web and mobile trading applications as Product Manager, driving feature innovation and improving usability
• Gather customer insights, conduct research, and utilize product analytics to prioritize and shape new ideas
• Champion an iterative approach to rapidly validate concepts, ensuring efficient and impactful development
• Work closely with design and development teams to bring ideas to life through continuous collaboration
• Articulate and promote a clear product vision, aligning the organization around its goals.

Essential Experience:

• Prior experience working in a product manager/owner role for Trading Applications
• Experience with an iterative development way of working
• Proven expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
• Comprehensive experience in product discovery and mitigating product risks effectively
• Solid understanding of and experience with agile development practices
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills, adept at coordinating product initiatives across teams.

📍 Location – Amsterdam (hybrid working model, 3 days in the office)

💰 Salary – from €120-150K depending on experience. High bonus potential and pension

📅 Start Date – ASAP
