Our client is building a brand-new Pan-European dental management platform—designed to be the most user-friendly and efficient in the industry. No outdated systems, no legacy constraints—just a clean slate to build something that truly works for its users.

As Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead the design process end to end. From user research to final implementation, your work will define how dentists and practice managers interact with the platform. And since this product will be used across multiple countries, you’ll tackle some interesting UX challenges along the way, too.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX/UI design for a brand-new healthcare platform.
• Conduct user research, engaging directly with dental professionals.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
• Work closely with the Head of International Expansion, Tech Lead, and Developers to bring designs to life.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
• A user-first mindset—you thrive on research and understanding real-world workflows.
• Strong skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• The ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• A clear, structured approach to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills—you can articulate design decisions to any audience.
• Fluent in English.
