Business Intelligence Analyst

Do you want to play a key role as a BI Analyst within a leading manufacturer? Our client is a global market leading manufacturer where you will have the opportunity to build BI reporting and analysis from the ground up. Your work will ensure that crucial data on aspects such as inbound and outbound equipment, repair costs, and warranty conditions is structured and accessible, enabling better decision-making.

Your Role

As a BI Analyst, you will work closely with technical teams and act as a bridge between operations and data analytics. Your mission is to transform data into valuable insights that help improve processes and drive strategic decisions.

Currently, many reports are still created in Excel, but it’s time to take BI reporting to the next level in Power BI. You will be responsible for laying the foundation for a structured BI environment and ensuring dashboards and reports are not only developed but also effectively utilized.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement BI reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Analyze and visualize data related to key operational processes, such as: inbound and outbound equipment, repair and replacement costs, warranty tracking and quality reporting.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Lead the transition from Excel-based reporting to a more structured BI environment.
• Identify and report on quality issues and operational improvement opportunities.

Who are you?

• 4+ years of experience with developing BI dashboards.
• Extensive knowledge of PowerBI is a must
• ERP knowledge is a strong plus.
• A strong communicator and connector between technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in an operational environment where data plays a crucial role.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.
