Your Role:

As a Product Manager at QOCO Systems, you will:

• Drive product direction and development: Proactively manage product changes, align solutions with customer needs, and shape product strategy by collaborating with stakeholders to refine the roadmap and prioritize high-impact features.
• Engage with customers directly: Participate in sales meetings and client interactions to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate those insights into product improvements.
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of features.
• Communicate the product vision: Present and articulate the value of our solutions both internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs: Ensure products meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, growth, and engagement by tracking and analyzing key metrics.

We are looking for someone with:

• Product Management and SaaS expertise: Extensive experience in managing and evolving SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of modern product development cycles.
• Proactive, high-growth mindset: Ability to anticipate product needs and drive changes in dynamic, fast-paced environments where continuous product evolution is essential.
• Customer-first approach: Proven experience engaging directly with customers to identify pain points, understand needs, and drive product changes based on customer feedback.
• Strong presentation and communication skills: Ability to clearly explain complex solutions and product details to diverse audiences, including clients and internal teams, while balancing technical insights with broader business goals.
