ANDRITZ Recovery and Power Services is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of the SYNERGY concept (Long term agreements) in Recovery and Power Services. In this role you lead the strategic concept development and sales for all involved product groups.

The location of the job will be any ANDRITZ location.

As a Product Manager Your Job Will Include

• Creation of global business strategy for long term agreements in involved product groups.
• Seek new market and business opportunities.
• Global responsibility for the profitability and growth of the business
• Concept development and creation in involved product groups
• Sales activities related to long term agreements.

We Are Looking For a Candidate With

• M.Sc.(Tech) Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent education.
• Over 5+ years of experience in the Pulp&Paper industry. Experience in sales is seen positive
• Readiness to travel and work in a multicultural environment.
• Speak and write fluent English, other language skills are seen as an advantage.
• Up-to-date IT skills.
• Customer oriented and outspoken attitude.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Readiness to take criticism and tolerate uncertainty.
