🚀 We're hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer with Product & Entrepreneurial Expertise
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product’s experience, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and high-converting designs. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build user-centric products that align with business goals.
✨ Responsibilities
• End-to-End Design Ownership – Drive the UI/UX process from research to final implementation.
• User Research & Testing – Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and optimize experiences.
• Product Thinking – Understand business needs and align design with revenue and user engagement goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop user-first solutions.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration – Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, adapting to quick feedback cycles.
• Brand & Design Consistency – Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior insights to optimize experiences.
• Growth & Conversion Optimization – Design for engagement, retention, and monetization, balancing aesthetics with business impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in product design, user research, and business strategy.
• Deep knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and modern design tools.
• Experience with customer psychology, funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to think beyond design and contribute to product growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence product strategy.
• Experience designing for web & mobile apps, SaaS products, or e-commerce is a plus.
