PMO (Change Management)

We are searching for a PMO (Change Management) to join our client, one of the world's leading providers of insurance and reinsurance, for a contracting role.

The team is looking for a PMO that will drive a transformational project for the division end to end. The project is about setting the strategy for GTS, in terms of vendor landscape, technology landscape, workforce and finances.

This role focuses on designing a future-proof, efficient organization through strategic project management. The PMO will drive key workstreams while shaping the project's strategic phase. Responsibilities include establishing governance structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing leadership with insights for decision-making. A strong emphasis is placed on change management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication to facilitate organizational transformation. The role also involves overseeing financial tracking, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost efficiency. Leading the project team, setting performance metrics, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement are essential. Additionally, the PMO will optimize processes, use data for decision-making, and standardize project management practices to enhance efficiency and transparency.
