Role Overview

The Data Analyst will support the Data and Business Intelligence Manager in developing and implementing data strategies, driving analytics transformation, and ensuring the integrity and security of company data. This role involves analyzing business data, providing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design, configuration, and maintenance of BI tools and systems, including data warehousing and visualization tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Promote data literacy and a data-driven culture across the company.
  • Support business insight, intelligence, and predictive analytics reporting capabilities that create real business value.


What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, having a good understanding of finance processes.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at every level of the company.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience of database management, data warehousing concepts and ERPs (JDE a plus).
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  • Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS or Azure).
